Getting started: Services and pricing

Our prices are higher than a traditional gym – but the competence of our coaches, the personalized training you receive each visit, and the speed you will get your results is unmatched. At RCFN, each class is programmed as a personal training session in a small group format. Our small group size insures that you get personal attention from internationally renowned coaches as well as group motivation. We can guarantee with your regular attendance that you will reach each one of your fitness and body composition goals in record time.

We do not offer long contracts. We believe that if you are not happy with your experience at our facility, and (more importantly) if you do not feel you are achieving the results that you expect, then you should be able to leave whenever you want. You can decide each month if you want to continue with RCFN.

We offer a variety of memberships and packages to fit your individual needs and schedule:

FREE Trial
An introduction to CrossFit and Reebok CrossFit Nuernberg’s training methodology includes a short WOD (Workout of the Day). This free training/introduction is offered Saturdays at 10:00am. This course is intended for people who are new to CrossFit and want to find out a little more about Reebok CrossFit Nuernberg.

30 Day “No Excuses” Offer
Your first month at RCFN is only € 30.00. During this month you are encouraged to attend all 6 On-Ramp courses, after which you may participate in normal WODs. We hope that 30 days will give you enough time to experience our gym, our teaching style, and our community, so you can decide if CrossFit at RCFN is right for you. This month is a one-time offer, it is not discounted, and it can not be extended. After the initial 30 day trial period, you may at any time in the future decide to become a member, as long as all 6 on-ramps are completed before regular WODs are attended.

Individual Membership
Unlimited classes, unlimited access to equipment, RCFN Competition Team programming access, and cost-free access for your children in CrossFit Kids classes.
1 month for € 30,00 then € 125,00 per month.

2 Classes per Week – up to 8 Classes per Month
1 month for € 30,00, then € 95,00 per month.

3 Classes per Week – up to 12 Classes per Month
1 month for € 30,00 then € 105,00 per month.

Family Unlimited
Unlimited Classes and Free CrossFit Kids Classes
Married Couples/Parents and children under the age of 18
1 month for € 30,00 then € 225,00 per month.

Personal Training 1-1
1 hour for € 50.00.

Ten Visit Memberships
For Frequent travelers but only available after completing On-Ramp. If you are interested in this option, please stop in and speak to the RCFN staff.

Drop Ins
We love having drop-ins but we need to make sure you know CrossFit before we let you participate. Please have the coach from your CrossFit gym drop us a note letting us know you are proficient in the CF movements. (At RCFN we make everybody go through an On-Ramp program before they are allowed to attend classes.) If you would like to “Drop-In” for a WOD we charge €15 and only accept payment at the Box. “WOD”s and “Open WOD”s (Thursday) are available for drop-ins. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

At CrossFit Reebok Nuernberg, we provide strength and conditioning for Endurance athletes and are dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential.

We have been guiding athletes, educating coaches and providing premier content to the endurance community with tremendous success. Our passion is endurance sports. Our goal is to show a path that has not been illuminated. Our training principles work.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, athletes training for the olympics, and the Nuernberg Ice Tigers one month out from in-season games. We scale load and intensity; we don’t alter the focus of our programming.

Everyone can do CrossFit, but CrossFit is not for everyone. We want RCFN to serve as a home for athletes still desiring to grow both mentally and physically. Our mission is to help individuals recognize and realize their full potential, and we are in the business of changing lives.

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.
