The Squat, The Plank, and The Situp

 

WOD

Plank holds, Situps & Squats

As each kid breaks their hold, they do 10 situps and 10 squats. The last kid to break his hold leads the class in a 2 minute “follow the leader” run around obstacles in the gym – then a new round begins!
